VENDOR INFORMATION, INSTRUCTIONS, AND APPLICATION
EVENT HOURS 12PM - 7PM
Instructions and Information
Application:
· Please complete the application and mail with payment to the address on the application.
· The application must be completed by June 1, 2014.
· Payment is due at the time of application.
· Once your application is received you will be notified of acceptance.
· The event committee reserves the right to reject any application and incomplete applications will be refused.
Fees:
· The fee for a booth is $10.00.
· Please make the check payable to “Carry On Youth, Inc.”
· No refunds will be given if you do not show, must cancel, or are removed for any reason. There is NO RAIN DATE – the event will be held rain or shine and no refunds will be given for weather circumstances.
· If your application is rejected you will be provided a refund.
Booth Space:
· You are required to have a table. You must bring your own table.
· If fail to bring your own table you will not be allowed to participate and you will NOT receive a refund.
· You will not be permitted a booth space unless your fee is paid in full.
· You may bring a tent, please inform us if you plan to do so.
· A booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’
· Entrants should plan to bring their own displays, chairs, and tents; only a table will be provided unless you specify otherwise.
· The location of your booth will be assigned and cannot be changed.
· Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean during and after the event.
Electricity:
· There is limited electricity.
· Please request an electrical outlet. The charge is $10.00.
· You will be required to bring your own 100 foot drop cord.
Tax:
· You are responsible for collecting and reporting Georgia Sales Tax (7%) on all sales, if applicable.
Rules:
· You are REQUIRED to have a table. If you do not have a table when you arrive you will not be allowed to participate and you will not receive a refund.
· No alcoholic beverages are to be sold by vendors.
· Pets are not permitted.
· No sound equipment (speakers, stereos, instruments, etc.) are allowed.
· No food or drink sold by a non-food vendor.
· Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting 7% Georgia sales tax information.
· No driving to your both during the event.
Schedule:
· Vendors should arrive at 10am for setup. You must be set up by 12pm.
· Festival will take place from 12pm – 7pm.
· Vendors are responsible for breakdown/clean up immediately after the festival is over.
· Vendors can close down their booths early, however they MUST notify the event staff before.
I hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge the Carry On Youth, Inc.’s Father’s Day Weekend Family Fun-raiser, Carry On Youth, Inc., it’s sponsoring organizations, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers, and all other persons, firms and corporations (collectively the “Entities”) from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, responsibility, personal liability, costs, loss of services, expenses, and compensation, which I may acquire or accrue, arising out of any events taking place on June 14, 2014 or otherwise connected to Carry On Youth, Inc.’s Father’s Day Family Fun-raiser. I will indemnify the Entities from all of the attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses they incur in conjunction with asserting a claim against the undersigned for indemnity. The Entities are not responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or guests while within the space assigned to me. I also understand that I am responsible for any Revenue and/or Sales Tax applicable for items sold during the event and none of the Entities have any responsibility or liability for said Revenue and/or Sales Tax. I have read and agree to the terms stated above and agree to follow the Rules as stated.
